We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (Sorry this excludes Chatham Islands, Stewart Island and Waiheke Island - please contact our Customer Services Department for freight options)

$5 surcharge for rural deliveries

Oversized items freight costs will be:
$30 North Island, $70 South Island per oversized item - if a rural delivery please contact customerservices@babyfactory.co.nz for a freight cost.

Overseas Orders: We also ship overseas. All our overseas orders go by New Zealand Post (with a tracking service). Overseas freight charges will be confirmed when you check out.

3 - 4 working days for North Island deliveries

Use the ring to hang the take-along toy on your baby's stroller, carrier or crib for engagement and fun on the go and at home.

Hold the toy around 10 inches away from your baby's face and, after baby's gaze focuses on Rob, slowly move it from side to side.

2-4 months

Make sure you hang the toy within baby's reach - babies will stretch their hand out to touch the toy causing it to move and play fun melodies.

4-6+ months
