What age child can I use Rockit with?

The Rockit is suitable for use with children from birth up until around 3 years old. Our own children still slept in the pushchair up to age 3, so we think it will be useful for several years if bought at birth.

Is the rocking motion safe?

How long does it take to charge the Rockit?

It takes 5-6 hours to fully charge, but you can achieve about 3 hours use on a medium speed with a 1 hour charge.

How long does a full charge last?

It varies depending on various factors including the type of stroller it’s fixed to, the weight of the baby and also the ambient temperature. If used at a low to medium speed you should expect to get around 8-12 hours at room temperature.

How can I increase the running time in between charges?

Mount the Rockit as high up as possible on the stroller frame. Make sure that the Rockit is rotated so it points direct up with the button on top. Adjust the speed dial to give a slower rock (slower speeds are often more effective anyway).

For troubleshooting involving the Rockit not rocking at capacity or being temperamental starting:

• Are you operating the Rockit when it is vertical and pointing directly up? The new rotating bracket is specially designed so you can always have the Rockit in the upright position.
• Please do not use your Rockit on anything but a pram or stroller as this can also have an impact on the Rockits performance.
• If the Rockit is incorrectly mounted on its side or at an angle it will not work effectively and the motor can stall as it tries to spin the heavyweight inside.
• When mounted vertically is the issue solved by turning the speed up (rotate the dial on the bottom clockwise)?

• We recommend you change the charger plug if it's not working as expected and please make sure it meets the specs in the user guide:
• If you are using another cable it should be a micro-usb cable only.
• We have had instances where the faulty rockit has come back for testing to find that it works fine plugged straight into a computer device indicating the plug the customer is using is not up to standard.
