It’s made with organic lavender and ylang-ylang which creates a calming bath experience whilst also cleansing their skin, no matter how sensitive or dry. This gentle cleanser is pH balanced and free from artificial fragrances, soap, SLS/SLES, paraben preservatives, propylene glycol and petrochemicals, making it suitable for normal to sensitive skin types.

• Pour GAIA Natural Baby Sleeptime Wash into the running water of the nighttime bath to release the soothing aromas.
• Play relaxing music to settle baby as you dress them for bed.
• Allocate a sleep toy which is only used when they’re going to bed so that they learn that when they have this toy, it’s time for bed (but don’t leave it with them in the cot).
• Try to lay them down when they’re still awake so that they learn how to self-settle.
